The owner, operator and founder of Power Ten, Steve has led fitness segments on NBC's The Today Show, Fox 5's Good Day, New York, and The CW11 Morning News. His fitness-related contributions have also been featured in Newsday's Parent and Child magazine as well as Men's Journal.
Steve has an extensive background in the health care and fitness fields. He graduated from Temple University with a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology and received his Master's of Science in Physical Therapy from The University of Miami. He was a Division I athlete who earned four national championships and two Big East titles in rowing, as well as a member of the 1993 National Rowing Team. He is currently the men's and women's crew coach at Manhasset High School. Steve is a licensed Physical Therapist and has treated a wide range of individuals for orthopedic and neurological injuries and illness. Steve is also certified in: Pilates via Polestar education, Golf specific rehabilitation and fitness by Body Balance for Performance, Pre and Post-natal exercise via Moms in Motion, as well as Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist. He has also worked closely with Rich Dalatri of the New Jersey Nets to develop the Pilates for Athletes workouts and multiple speed and agility programs. Steve combines all of his knowledge, experience, and imagination to produce the most comprehensive and successful fitness and rehabilitation programs for power ten fitness.
